A year ago, The Unpuzzle Project began with a simple hypothesis: founders don’t need another seminar. They need a better room to present their thoughts.
Five volumes later, that hypothesis has travelled across the 2 major states, and now more in the pipeline. The Unpuzzle Project has built something harder to manufacture than an event: a reputation for being a room worth getting into.
Not to mention the an array of young and uprising brands that includes ab.coffee, Enerchi, Eat Chuckle, AcWO, Glint, KURO, Zouk and a lot more who have happily participated and partnered with the Unpuzzle Project on various occassions.

Now, to mark its first year, the community is bringing together 100 of Mumbai’s entrepreneurs under one roof for Pitchers & Movers, a closed-room gathering designed around the people in the room, not the stage.
“We never wanted to build the biggest event in Mumbai,” says Rohit Keshri, Co-Founder, The Unpuzzle Project. “We wanted to build the one people actually clear their calendar for.”

The guest list tells part of the story. Across its five volumes, The Unpuzzle Project has brought together industry leaders such as Rishabh Mariwala and Arjun Vaidya, brand builders including Abhishek Daga of Nasher Miles and Nazim Virji of Regal Shoes, and operators such as Sanjeev Rao and Devesh Papney, among others.
The diversity is deliberate.
“Founders are starved for honest rooms,” says Prince, Co-Founder, The Unpuzzle Project. “Not stages. Not seminars. They need a space to vent, discuss and solve problems without being forced to network.”
That philosophy extends to the Project’s live podcast series, where the audience is not simply an audience. Conversations are designed to be participatory, allowing the room to shape the discussion rather than leaving it entirely to the host.
For The Unpuzzle Project, that is part of a larger attempt to rethink what a founder community can actually do.
“Most founder events are optimised for photos. Ours are optimised for ensuring people get their space to discuss their problems, even if that comes at the cost of photos,” says Vikith Jain, Co-Founder, The Unpuzzle Project. “Probably why we end up with limited photographs, haha. If two people in that room end up building something together six months later, that’s our KPI.”
The ambition now extends beyond events. The Unpuzzle Project is exploring ways to become a broader hub for the entrepreneurial ecosystem, connecting founders, investors, operators, experts and builders across different regions.
The premise remains unchanged: better rooms can lead to better conversations, and better conversations can lead to…something interesting.
The next chapter begins on 24 October 2026, when Pitchers & Movers brings together 100+ entrepreneurs at TAP, Worli, Mumbai, for The Unpuzzle Project’s Year One celebration.
